Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data pilino-yogurt.gr collects, why it collects it, and what rights you have. The data controller is Pilino — Cult of Yogurt.

What we collect

We only collect data you give us directly, or data needed to keep the site running:

• Contact form — your name, email address and message. The form is provided by Elfsight: your submission goes to their servers, which email it on to info@pilino-yogurt.gr and also keep a copy in our account there. Elfsight may record your IP address and the time you submitted as a protection against spam. We do not store any of it in a database of our own.
• Server logs — our host records IP addresses and requests for security purposes.

Third-party services

This site embeds services that may set their own cookies or receive your IP address:

• Google Maps — for the map in the Visit Us section.
• Elfsight — for the contact form, the Google Reviews and the Instagram feed.
• Google Fonts — for the site's typefaces.

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies, and we do not sell data to anyone.

How long we keep it

Contact form messages stay in our inbox — and in our Elfsight account — for as long as we need them to reply and keep our records.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to its processing. To exercise any of these, email us at info@pilino-yogurt.gr.

You also have the right to complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
